Rules/Racing Format

DRAMA NOT ALLOWED

This series/group we are starting is strictly a friendly race series. You can be as competitive as you want but one thing we want to keep out of here is DRAMA! We don't want any racism, calling names, rude comments, hurtful comments that cause some kind of depression or emotional distress. We want everything to run as smooth as possible. Any problems that go on, do not hesitate to message an Admin or Mod in the server to get help immediately.

TEAMS

If you guys are wanting to setup a team on here, please PM any Admins or Mods on the discord server to set you guys up on the race site and as well as the discord. PM in game name/in game number. If any number changes happen after the series is over then make sure to take that up with Admins or Mod in the discord so they can make that changes on the site and discord.

Qualifying Format

  1. Timed qualifying will begin at 7pm (est)

  2. Qualifying lobbys will consist of 30 people (each)

  3. Riders will be giving 15 min practice and connect into the server (these laps DO NOT count)

  4. Once practice is over we will begin a poll to reset track (must vote yes)

  5. After the 15 min practice we will begin our 20 min qualifying (these laps will count)

  6. Any late riders may still connect to the qualifying lobby just wont have as much time to put in a fast lap

  7. Once qualifying is over there will be a seprate server for the mains (check website to see what main you will be put in)

  8. Race lobby A Main will be from 1st-15th fastest qualifying times

  9. Race lobby B Main will be from 16th-31st fastest qualifying times

  10. Race lobby C main will be from 32nd-47th fastest qualifying times

  11. !NO LCQ!

Motos Format

  1. All lobbies will run 2 motos

  2. Riders must be loaded into the lobbies by 8:15 (est)

  3. A Main: 10 laps, 1st-15th will be in A Main, A main is the only Main we keep points for

  4. B Main: 10 laps, 16th-31st

  5. C Main: 10 laps, 32nd-47th

  6. !! COLLISIONS WILL BE OFF !!

Restarts and Disconnects

  1. -In order to keep running things smooth we will only restart if 5 or more people disconnect

  2. We will NOT restart for the people who missed the start

  3. We will NOT restart for people who disconnect mid race

Results

Give at least about 24 hour zone to process points and finishes and anyone that got any penalties that they shouldn't have gotten. I don't want to post results and a mistake happen and having to repost and do a mass discord announcement about an update to the results/site. 

Reporting

So if you need to do any type of reporting of another rider about anything such as: Swearing, Cutting/Cheating, False riding for another rider, etc then please have multiple screenshots, or recordings of what your giving proof of. (WE CAN NOT CONTROL WHAT HAPPENS OUTSIDE OUR SERVERS) Typically if we get one report on someone we will look out on that person but if multiple reports come in of proof of that rider, we will take necessary action as needed. 

1. 1st Offense - Is a warning
2. 2nd Offense - Qualifying Ban (So you will only be able to race in the lowest pointed Main/Motos)
3. 3rd Offense - Race Ban (Will not be eligible to race the next upcoming race.)

4. 4th Offense -  Kicked out of the series!
